Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Arcade Group Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit tylerfyfe.com (the “Site”), sign up for our newsletter, buy merchandise, or otherwise interact with us (together, the “Services”). Arcade Group Inc. operates the Site on behalf of the musical project known as Tyler Fyfe.
We are based in Canada and serve fans worldwide. This policy is written to reflect Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA), the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended (CCPA/CPRA). Region-specific rights are described in the Your rights section below.
1. Who we are (data controller)

2. Information we collect
Information you give us — for example when you:
- Join our newsletter or the Field Party community (your email address, and any name you provide);
- Place a merchandise order (your name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number, and order details);
- Contact us, request booking or press materials, or enter a contest or giveaway (the information in your message);
- Connect with us through a third-party community or platform such as Discord, Patreon, or social media.
Payment information. Merchandise checkout is handled by Shopify and its payment processors. Your full payment card details are entered with and processed by those providers — we do not collect or store your complete card number on our own systems.
Information collected automatically. When you use the Site we and our analytics and advertising partners may collect:
- Device and browser information (IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers);
- Usage data (pages viewed, links clicked, referring pages, time on site, and similar interactions);
- Information collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies & tracking).
3. Cookies & tracking technologies
We use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, understand how the Site is used, and measure and deliver advertising. Some are essential to the Site; others are analytics or advertising cookies that we set only where permitted.
We currently work with the following analytics and advertising providers:
- Google Analytics and Google Ads — site analytics, conversion measurement, and remarketing;
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads and TikTok Ads — advertising pixels for measurement and remarketing;
- Hotjar — aggregated analytics, including heatmaps and session insights, to help us improve the Site.
You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where available, through our cookie banner or the providers’ own tools — for example Google’s opt-out add-on, Your Online Choices (EU/UK), and the DAA opt-out (US). Blocking some cookies may affect how the Site works.
4. How we use your information
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Site and the Services;
- Process, fulfill, and deliver your merchandise orders and handle returns or support requests;
- Send you newsletters, release news, presales, and other updates you’ve asked for;
- Run, measure, and improve our marketing and advertising, including remarketing;
- Understand and improve the Site, our products, and our content;
- Prevent fraud and abuse, and protect the security of the Services;
- Comply with our legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions.
5. Legal bases for processing (EU/UK)
If you are in the EU or UK, we process your personal information on the following legal bases:
- Contract — to process and deliver orders you place with us;
- Consent — for marketing emails and non-essential cookies (you may withdraw consent at any time);
- Legitimate interests — to operate, secure, and improve our Services and to understand our audience, balanced against your rights;
- Legal obligation — to meet tax, accounting, and other legal requirements.
6. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information with service providers who process it on our behalf, and only as needed to run the Services, including:
- Hosting & forms — our website host and form provider (Netlify);
- Email marketing — Klaviyo;
- E-commerce & payments — Shopify and its standard payment processors;
- Order fulfillment — our print-on-demand and shipping partners (such as Printful);
- Analytics & advertising — Google (Analytics & Ads), Meta, TikTok, and Hotjar;
- Community platforms — Discord and Patreon, where you choose to use them;
- Professional advisors and authorities — where required by law, or to protect our rights.
Note that some advertising partners may treat the sharing of identifiers for cross-context advertising as a “sale” or “sharing” under California law. See Your rights for how to opt out.
7. Streaming & third-party links
The Site links to and embeds third-party platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, and our social channels. When you follow those links or interact with embedded players, the relevant platform’s own privacy policy applies to the information it collects. We don’t control those services and aren’t responsible for their practices.
8. International transfers
We and our service providers may process and store your information in Canada, the United States, and other countries whose data protection laws may differ from those where you live. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses) for these transfers.
9. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy — for example, for as long as you remain subscribed, for the life of your relationship with us, and as required to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. We then delete or anonymize it.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights: to access, correct, update, or delete your personal information; to port it; to object to or restrict certain processing; and to withdraw consent. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us.
To exercise any right, email Legal@tylerfyfe.com. We will respond as required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
EU/UK (GDPR). You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Our contact details are in section 1.
California (CCPA/CPRA). You have the right to know, delete, and correct your personal information, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information and targeted advertising. To opt out, adjust your cookie choices on the Site or email us. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request.
Canada (PIPEDA). You may access and correct your personal information and may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada with concerns.
11. Children’s privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
